She moved out to Jackson Hole in the summer of 2000 to work for the City Kids Wilderness Project and fell in love with Wyoming after canoeing from the Dam down to Artist Point. After a climbing accident in 2006, Jennifer had to re-evaluate her life and connection with Jackson. In order to survive in Jackson long term, Jennifer decided to attend law school at the University of Colorado.

Cara is the owner of Xowyo Paper + Press and a co-founder of Dishing Jackson Hole and Dishing Park City. Stephan and Cara talk about the the evolution of the Jackson Hole food scene, business partnerships, starting a publication and new restaurants in Jackson.
Taylor first started visiting Jackson on family vacations and decided to make the move to the Jackson hole area in 2009. Taylor is the owner and operator of Valor Performance in Victor, ID.
Judy started visiting Jackson Hole on family road trips in the 50s. At the advice of her sister, Judy’s first solo experience out in Wyoming was working a summer in Yellowstone at the Snow Lodge in 1971. In 1984 after opening a successful candy and nut shop in Alabama, Judy decided to take her business up to Teton Village.
Tom started Pinky G’s over eight years ago on a shoestring budget and with the support of the community has made it into a successful business that hopes to expand in the near future. Tom also took on a big renovation a few years ago to help Moe’s Original BBQ find a home in Jackson Hole.
